Do I need to know how to pour concrete?
No, we will teach you everything about how to set up your business, find the right clients, bid on the project, write a contract, form, and pour the concrete with expert help.
How much time will it take for me to start making money?
Every student is different when getting started. Most students can get their businesses up and running within 60- 90 days, depending on how fast it takes them to get their contractor’s license and insurances in place. We teach our students how to scale their business up, and they typically do three to four highly profitable projects at a time.
What kind of support can I expect?
Each student has access to direct expert support through email, text, and all the instructors’ cell numbers to help train as a personal apprenticeship program to help speed up the process and achieve faster success.
How much Capital do I need?
Our course teaches you how to start your business with minimum capital. You’ll need license fees, insurance and basic tools.
I've never done concrete estimating or written contracts. Can I still own a concrete business?
Yes, we will teach you everything you’ll need to know on how to measure, estimate, and write a contract. With our systems all you have to do is input the data into our templates and our software will do most of all the calculations.
Do I need a contractor's license to pour concrete?
You will need to check with your local state and county regarding contractor requirements. As an example, in California you’ll need to take a test on the trade , as well as a test for the legal requirements. In Idaho all that is required is paying a nominal fee and registrar with the state.
Where do I find available labor to help me grow my business?
When you sign up for the course, we teach you how and where to find experienced help in your neighbor to assist you in every phase of your development.
How do I know what cement to use?
When you sign up for the course, we go over in great detail what all the different ingredients and formulations are, and how they are used in cement. what they are used for.
